Our failure to object to any terms and conditions contained in any purchase order or other document from you will neither be construed as our acceptance of such terms and conditions, or a waiver of these Terms. Products are sold for research or laboratory use only and are not to be administered to humans or used for medical diagnostics.. The consumer assumes all responsibility for the safe storage, handling, application, and disposal of any Labsert product. Buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by Labsert for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, commercial or any other use, unless otherwise stated in Labsert’s published documents furnished to Buyer.
Regarding international order progress, you get our quotation first to see the total cost (Including shipment cost, packaging cost etc.) before payment on our web site. You will also be informed about documentation and shipping conditions. To get our quotation:
1. Specify the products your interested in.
2. Contact your local distributor by e-mail or phone.
3. If a local distributor is not appointed for your region on our web site, you can contact us directly via e-mail: global@labsert.com
4. You can send us your list regarding requested products, specifications and quantities.
5. You get the final quotation as soon as possible. Final quotation includes total price, additional costs and payment options.

The Buyer is obliged to accept the Products that have been manufactured in accordance with the Order. At the reception, the Buyer or the person authorized by him shall inspect the Products and shall write down in the delivery protocol and/or in the delivery note any comments about their condition, apparent defects and deviations in their quantity.
The warranty granted by Labsert is strictly limited to the conformity of delivered Products with the specifications provided in the Orders, in the Estimates and in the Certificates of Analysis or defined by mutual agreement with the customer.
The customer is entitled to make claims for apparent defects or deviations in the quantity of Products only upon the reception of the Products. Any claim for apparent defects or quantity deviations which does not appear in the delivery protocol and/or in the delivery note shall be inadmissible.
Any complaint regarding the quality, volume and compounds of Products is admissible within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of delivery of these Products. In this case the customer shall provide to Labsert all documents and/or information that underpin its complaint in order to allow its processing by Labsert.
If the complaint is justified, the defective Product will be replaced by an equivalent volume of Product. Under no circumstances Labsert shall be liable for payment of any interest or compensation for any direct or indirect damage and/or loss of profit arising from the defect of the Product or from the time required for its replacement.
Labsert is not responsible for defects/deficiencies/gaps regarding the Products:
Because of the possibility of environmental or human error, Labsert disclaims responsibility for errors. Labsert also disclaims responsibility for cross-contaminations after opening the containers, for the misuse of any products, and the methods of use described on the web page and data sheets. Products are offered for laboratory use only and they should be handled by qualified individuals trained in laboratory procedures and familiar with the products' potential hazards. The consumer assumes all responsibility for the safe storage, handling, application, and disposal of any Labsert product. Labsert disclaims all responsibility for any damage caused by use of Products for which the Products are not intended, including any direct or indirect damage to property or persons, loss of profit or goodwill or any other damage of any nature whatsoever. Labsert is not liable for any direct or indirect damages or loss of profits resulting from a delay in deliveries.
Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.
